Be between 18–30 years old
Be currently enrolled in university or recently graduated (within 24 months)
Have a valid passport
Be able to show financial support during your stay
Have relevant academic or work background for your internship field
Be proficient in English
If English isn’t your native language, you’ll need to show a SELT (Secure English Language Test) certificate equal or above of a B2, or IELTS score of 5.5
Must not have interned at your host company before. (We can sponsor you twice, but it must be at different UK companies and not exceed 12 months over both internships)
